AKI VIRTUAL PLACEMENT is a broadcast tool designed to insert pre-designed animations into a live broadcast for the purposes of product placement. Dancing mascots, walking table saws, and cartoons can be dynamically inserted into live situations, in a live "Roger Rabbit"-type production. Whereas films like Roger Rabbit took years to produce, AKI VISION can do the same thing instantly, live.
AKI VIRTUAL PLACEMENT is totally based on image processing, working completely without camera sensors and camera tilt & pan telemetry. Animation preparation is via a variety of open file formats, making it easy to implement your pre-rendered animations.
